I started using Lost River Naturals years ago before she had her storefront. It has always been exceptional customer service. I reached out to her because I needed some more of the DIY elderberry syrup kits. The whole household started getting kind of sick, but it was negative for Covid and flu, and I knew that the elderberry syrup has always helped us. South Carolina’s weather has been anything but predictable as always lol. This constant hot cold has reached havoc on the household. I ordered the extra large batch which contains four satchel filled with the elderberry mixture to do the at home elderberry syrup. It is an amazing deal at only $42.00!! She even has it come in these little pre-measured bags! I have yet to be to the actual storefront, but I can’t wait to go soon!! She has definitely expanded her selection with so many different things from personal care items to teas and skin care items. Connie has always been such a sweet woman and is extremely knowledgeable about all of her products ! I never have to question what I’m using and what I’m giving to my family. It is clean raw organic things that is used. Connie, I cannot thank you enough for your help this weekend and helping me get my order together so quickly thank you again!!!!

I have ordered from Connie with Lost River Naturals for the last few years. Unfortunately the South Carolina weather has been very bipolar, and it led to the household, not feeling very well. It’s not Covid and it’s not the flu but overall just not feeling good. As we are starting to dive deeper into cold and flu season as well as all these nasty viruses and bugs that go around, I knew that the one place I could turn for a natural holistic immune boosting support was Lost River Naturals. I went with the $42 extra large order to do the at home elderberry syrup. This is an incredible deal. I already have glass, mason jars, cinnamon, sticks, and raw organic honey on hand. This bag has four different batches included. I absolutely love that she now has it separated in its own little bags so all I have to do is gently place it in the pot and allow it to simmer on low for about 20 minutes. The aroma smells so amazing. It’s incredibly fragrant and very relaxing purchasing. The more expensive option is going to get me a little over 80 ounces worth of elderberry syrup. This is a super value Connie I cannot thank you enough! She is super sweet, very helpful and can guide you in the right direction and she doesn’t just make the products but she has substantial knowledge of everything that she makes. I started using Lost River Naturals before she had her storefront and it has been exceptional quality since day one. When the household is feeling better, I definitely cannot wait to actually come into the store.
